Process

Jaw crusher, the jaw crusher crushes the stone in sections, the stone coming out of the jaw crusher is less than 70mm, and then transported to the impact crusher through the belt conveyor for secondary crushing, and the crushed material is sent by the belt conveyor Transport to the sand making machine for fine crushing (note: the raw ore below 40mm can be directly crushed by the sand making machine), and the crushed material is then screened by a circular vibrating screen for coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand, and other specifications.
Hydraulic cone crushers and impact crushers can all be used as secondary crushing equipment, and we can choose corresponding equipment models according to different outputs. As a sand shaping equipment, VSI sand making machine can adjust the size of the discharge port according to the needs of customers to obtain better quality products, and finally, sieve different discharge particle sizes through sieves to obtain the final product.
For sand with strict powder content requirements, a sand washing machine can be installed behind the fine sand, and the sewage discharged from the sand washing machine can be recycled through a fine sand recycling machine.
